Ertel Associates is a full service architectural firm that provides a variety of services for many project types. Services include site selection and planning, feasibility studies, building programming, local and state permits, schematic design, construction drawings and specifications, and construction administration. Project types range from small renovations and energy retrofits to additions and new construction. We have extensive experience with single family residential design and construction. In addition, we have been involved in multi-family, commercial, institutional and public projects. Many of our projects have involved renovations and restorations of historic buildings and we are equally comfortable with modern design. We are committed to sustainable "green" design, and have experience with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design LEED rating system. We have a LEED-AP Accredited Professional on staff.
