United Creations started off in August 2009 as a lean and mean communication agency. We were consultants, designers and above all communication enthusiasts. In two years that followed we both graduated in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. 2011 became the year of growth and we opened the doors of our first office in central Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A renovated warehouse became our headquarters of hard work, great design, gallons of coffee and awesome friday afternoon drinks. Together with other professionals we completed a lot of projects. But all things have to come to an end at some point. In the second half of 2012 we decided to downsize UC. This meant the end of an agency, but the beginning of a new brand. The UC of today is the creative label of Michael Groen, founder, graphic designer and communicator. Unitedcreations.nl became the place for graphic inspiration, for a portfolio, and for blogging about design and communications as a profession.
