The Moulton’s heritage in Northwest, FL goes back eight generations. Moulton Properties, Inc. was started in 1931 in conjunction with the Moulton’s Drug Stores. Founder W.W. Moulton together with his sons built neighborhood shopping centers in East Hill, North Hill and the Warrington areas of Pensacola, FL to service the shopping needs of their drug store customers. Today, many of the original Moulton retail buildings have been completely renovated and converted into office space including the two buildings at the corner of 12th Ave. and Gonzalez, directly across from Old Sacred Heart Hospital. Moulton Properties, Inc. continues to acquire and develop commercial and residential property in Northwest Florida.
