The Hartzler Family Dairy is a family owned and operated business that has served the community for over 22 years. We exist to encourage healthy living, promote superior dairy practices, and to reflect the love of Jesus Christ in the products and services we provide. Our milk is sourced from only local dairies that are Non-GMO Project Verified and Hartzler Quality Certified, which requires the omission of pesticides and herbicides. We process our milk through Low-Temperature Vat Pasteurization which ensures the our milk retains the maximum amount of enzymes. These enzymes are crucial for healthy and proper digestion. We also do not homogenize our milk as this process changes the molecular structure of the milk and inhibits delivery of important nutrients to the body.
