Nine Ridges

It was established in 2014 with an initial planting of over one thousand Quercus robur (English oak) trees. This was followed by a second planting of approximately eight hundred Quercus ilex (French oak) trees in 2017. Production of Tuber melanosporum (Black Truffle) commenced in 2021 with the first one harvested on the morning of the 6th June.
