The Placement Cell, a student-run body at St. Stephen's College, has seen exceptional success in the last academic year. The Placement Cell at St. Stephen's College has, since its inception, always strived to match the repute and merit that the College is distinguished for. The academic year of 2020-2021 showed extremely promising placement statistics with an average base pay package of Rs. 8.6 LPA. The country's top consultancy firms- McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, A.T. Kearney, Parthenon-EY and Bain & Company, to name a few, as well as companies associated with the banking and financial sector- Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Nomura, Citibank, American Express and DE Shaw, among others, have been recruiting students from our college for the past five years.
