Always hungry for change, ignore gravity shifted its leadership program designs in the last three years consequently comprehending the importance of a holistic relational design as the next future leadership challenge. Thrilled by finding new and impactful answers of how to lead people, we founded a pop-up school for social transformation to better understand the basics of relationship building, diversity, inclusion and integration in all its dimensions and overlaps for impactful leadership. Since last year we invite our friends and close-knit leadership community clients to our new leadership program: empathic organization.
