OUR SERVICES • Utilize in-depth knowledge of E&I, piping, and civil/mechanical installations to: -Perform material take offs and ordering. -Assist in designing and estimating projects -Plan the sequencing and scheduling of projects -Serve as the first point-of-contact for construction questions, drawing issues and manpower/priority conflicts. -Remove obstacles, problem solve and redirect personnel to maximize productivity. -Ensure Contractors are following sound QA/QC practices in accordance with established Project Procedures. • Rigorously adhere to onsite safety practices. • Follow change order and RFI procedures. • Assure that construction is completed in accordance to project specifications, design drawings, as well as electrical/building codes and customer standards. • Provide material acquisition, job planning and scheduling through SAP and Primavera. • Verify Contractors are working off the most current and approved set of construction drawings, specifications, and standards. • Possess all necessary insurance and licensing requirements to perform these duties.
