I provide out-patient mental health counseling to individuals, couples and families. My approach is bio/psycho/social - working with people in their totality. I see the big picture, make thorough assessments, and provide accurate referrals to aid people in getting back to health. We build a team with doctors, family and significant members of a persons life when my client is agreeable and, when doing so, will aid them in their journey to growth and healing. My office is a warm, welcoming and safe place for people to visit where they can relax and invest in our therapeutic relationship - the foundation of our work together. There they find my approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral, Family/Marital, Reality, Client Centered, Solution-Focused/Brief Therapy and Life Coaching. In this manner, I'm able to address their issues from wide spectrum of therapeutic understanding. Therapy is about my client. It's their time to process whatever brought them into my office.
