With an experience of 15 years in food processing industry this unit is developed with an ultra modern technology under the supervision of our honorable director of the companies Mr. Riyaz Meghani. The unit is developed near the city of Mahuva in Gujarat. The area is one of the biggest onion growing regions in India with best variety of White onion growing. The unit is having 2 dryers with a capacity of total 15mt of dehydrated onions per day. The dryers are made of food grade stainless steel to avoid any rustlings in the unit for years and keeping in mind the food safety and food norms to supply in EU countries. The pre-processing and post-processing equipments are also made of stainless steel and with total automation to minimize manual handling and reduce risk of foreign material in the product and reduce microbiological load in the product. The unit is developed with BRC standards to cater highest standard of products and to companies who prefer quality above everything. We regularly keep a monitor of product check in our in-house centralized laboratory. We regularly have physical, chemical and microbiological tests in the laboratory.
