Hydroelectric Corporation is a C corporation organized under the Laws of Texas, and partly owned by the investment firm NVOI SECURITIES INC (New York). The Company long term strategy is to become the largest producer of renewable baseload power in the U.S. The project plan is to build 10-20 Hydroelectric power plants annually, to serve the global market which is in high demand of «baseload power» to complement intermittent energy sources such as wind and solar power. Wind and solar power will not be enough to cover the loss of fossil fuels due to unpredicted weather conditions, but the solution proposed by Hydroelectric Corporation will, as we offer constant power production (24/7).
