The plant's high-speed computer loading system allows for quicker turnaround time between project sites and our plant. RCA Asphalt is approved by the NYSDOT, NYCDOT, the County of Westchester and multiple local municipalities. We manufacture Sandard Asphalt Mixes, DOT Superpave Mixes as well as Port Authority and FAA Asphalt using only the highest quality materials available.
