About us We live in design and breath possibilities Modwell was founded in 2020 by architecture and marketing veterans, who saw a real gap in the real estate market, as well as the challenges it presented todays agents and buyers. Our approach Collaboration from the very beginning From the outset, modwell realized the traditional real estate experience was no longer suitable for the modern client. For years we stood by and watched friends and acquiescence's go to buy houses without understanding their design potential, the cost implications or knowhow needed to execute their vision once they moved in. Eventually we said enough is enough and set out to build a unified solution that combines the benefits of architecture, technology and real estate all in one.
