Collision Engineering
www.beacollisionengineer.comThe Collision Engineering Program’s purpose is to offer students the best options for education while instilling a mindset focused on lifelong learning; offering colleges the best manner of delivery; and offering industry partners a constant supply of the most capable technicians. Our model addresses shortfalls identified with traditional training programs by bringing schools and industry closer together. After just eight weeks of classroom and lab experience at a college, our students begin a work rotation at a participating collision repair center where they will be practicing the skills learned at school in a work environment. This model strengthens pipeline development and retention, funneling highly qualified technicians into the industry sooner than any traditional model.
