In 2008, Scott Parker purchased the majority of the assets from his father and formed a new entity Park Lane Construction, LLC. Park Lane Construction has built over 3000 units of conventional market, senior living, university housing, affordable tax-credit, bond, State HOME, FHA and HUD Financed multi-family properties to date, ranging from $500,000 to over $20,000,000 The officers of Park Lane Construction; Chester L. Parker, Jr. and P. Scott Parker have combined experience in the residential, multi-family residential and commercial construction and development field in excess of forty years. That experience has covered an area from Georgia to California and from Wisconsin to Florida.
