TALENTOPP - Opportunities Simplified is a startup initiated in 2016 in the Talent Management vertical by Nikhil Paingy & Nirav Thakar. Nikhil has been associated with Shaan, the Versatile Voice of Bollywood, for over a decade, while Nirav has been associated with Salim - Sulaiman, Ace Music Composer duo, for as long. An artist sticking to a single manager for over a decade definitely speaks volumes of the managerial skills involved. That being said they also discovered that a lot of what they learned could be replicated for several artists who are relatively new to the Live performance space. With vast experience and exposure within the Music & Events industry, Nikhil and Nirav decided to come together and form “TALENTOPP”, a platform that shall bring other promising Artists under this new umbrella and provide similar services to them, thus taking their first step towards building a team that provides simplified solutions to Artists and Event Managers alike. Along came Sachin Parab, completing the triad, who brought a mammoth experience of almost two decades from the Corporate World and played a crucial role in building TEAM TALENTOPP.
