We believe that human development is about expanding the quality of life, rather than simply growing the economy. Our focus is on people, their opportunities and choices. We believe that human development excellence is a right for those who strive to improve the quality of life on Earth. Accordingly, it is the right of such humans to have access to sustainable mental development resources, a source of livelihood, a healthy living environment and modern infrastructure. We also believe that human development levels increase when mental development variables interact positively, and that this depends on how effectively human development programs are planned and executed. We also understand that human development efforts are limited by disasters and related uncertainties, and that a population's vulnerability to disasters and related uncertainties depends on social, economic, technological, environmental, spatial and temporal factors. Thus, all disasters require careful mitigation planning, with critical focus on population vulnerability into the future. We also acknowledge that the role of nature in human development should not be undermined to the point of driving some plant and animal species to extinction. This is from human activities that destroy nature and the environment in the name of economic growth. Finally, we believe that local communities must be empowered to effectively participate in the design of programs that limit issues that affect them. This is based on the pooling of modern global resources for local mental development, communication, information storage, ultra-artificial intelligence, disaster warning and disaster zone evacuation systems.
