My passion has always been to help people. That is why I was in HR for 38 years. As a retired professional I have found a program that not only has helped myself and my husband lose weight but it has changed our mindset and has taught us healthy habits for our lifetime. I believe in this program so much that I decided to pay it forward and start my new career of Health Coaching. It is so rewarding to see people transform their lives and live in Optimal Health.
