KOZU Sushi Pizza is a young family-business that aims to spark creativity to the Vancouver food scene and create a movement with sushi pizza. KOZU started with a young group of cousins who were empowered by the founder to create something of their own. Our belief in ourselves sparked our ambitions for growth and learning to build a business from scratch. KOZU has provided opportunities for young individuals to learn about starting a food business and improving it with the founder.
