Elements Fitness & Wellness Center is the largest and most fully equipped GYROTONIC® studio in the Washington Metropolitan area, with 10 Pulley Tower Units, and all the specialized equipment: the Jump Stretch Board, Ladder, GYROTONER®, and Leg Extension Unit. Elements is also a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® educational center with an on-site Master Trainer, teacher trainings and continuing education courses offered throughout the year.
