Swagelok Indonesia is the official, authorized Swagelok Sales and Service Center for customers in Indonesia. It was created in response to rapid market growth and customer needs and is exclusively focused on Indonesia. We appointed PT. Putranata Adi Mandiri (PT Putranata) as our sole agent representative based in Jakarta. PT Putranata are an existing, multi-line distributor of instrumentation and analytical products and share the same values and commitment to fairness that Swagelok has. In order to provide the focus that our customers are looking for, a Swagelok division within that organization was formed, that works very closely with our regional office in Singapore to provide seamless service and tailored logistics solutions for customers across Indonesia. We have our primary offices in central Jakarta and a new service center including warehouse and logistics facility also in Jakarta. Our regional office in Singapore serves as a further logistics hub and focuses on our valued customers in Batam and customers across Indonesia where FOB Singapore or other INCOTERMS are preferred.
