We are a 501(c)(3) organization supported by more than 1200 companies and thousands of individual donors. We work with local communities to restore forests on a massive scale, thereby creating jobs, protecting ecosystems, and helping mitigate climate change. We are known for our “Employ to Plant” methodology, which uses long-term, fair-wage employment to strengthen communities and create incentives for the long-term preservation of the forests we plant. Currently, we empower thousands of people with fair wages to plant over a million trees per day across 10 project nations.
