The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center (AOTC) is a private practice that specializes in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders throughout the lifespan. We use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment and other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to address the concerns of our clients, and we combine these scientifically proven techniques with a warm and compassionate approach to help you and your family when you need it most.
