Our core focus is on client service, we aim to provide exceptionally high levels of client service at competitive rates. The company was founded in 2015, by Tim Smith & Erika Smith who have 34 combined years of experience in the construction consultancy field of quantity surveying. We have spent a number of years developing close relationships with many of the Western Cape’s biggest property developers.
