The My Practice Matters network was launched in December 2015 for the purpose of uniting and empowering those practitioners throughout North America who want to restore and protect their professional autonomy and that of the doctor-patient relationship from control and interference by third parties. We provide education and information to empower our members. We provide a platform in which our members can share opinions and ideas that can lead to positive change within their respective healthcare professions. We provide a direct link to the public so that patients can access care and information from those who are patient-centered, not profit-driven. The intended result and purpose is improved relations between doctors and their patients. Building trust will restore the balance of authority and accountability to its rightful place - to the doctors and the patients whom they serve.
