Hubster is a platform that easily integrates one or more instant messaging apps within a single communication hub. It unifies all conversations as single or multi-tenant unit, such as an agent help desk application or a preconfigured bot. Customers are free to use their preferred instant messaging app when interacting with businesses, and businesses can use their preferred agent help desk (but not limited to), to manage all conversations.
