The creation of the Gingerbread Folk recipe was driven by a passion for baking and the artistic process of decorating gingerbread. In 2000, the couple left behind a corporate lifestyle to experience the beauty of the Australian outback. With freedom to visualise a new direction, a small baking business was born. Now located in The Blue Mountains west of Sydney, the natural environment continues to inspire an ethical philosophy that is the foundation of Gingerbread Folk today.
