The company is establishing a global excellence centre in innovation and production of eco-friendly, sustainable marine based food through technology & talent transfer to the UAE enabling the company to build an industry which will stand out in meeting the challenges of food security & climate change world-wide. Operations will commence in the UAE with edible seaweed production with associated research & development aimed at creating a range of seaweed based vegan foods including vegan burgers, tuna, tofu, and dairy.
