Zwin Regio is taking care of real estate in the Netherlands and Belgium. Zwin Regio Vastgoed Makelaar is known for more than 10 years on the real estate market of West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and become one of the larger real estate offices in the region. Director Sven Langenberg knows -because of his studies and background - the characteristics of both sides of the border (NL/BE). Due to his background and love for the Belgian border area, in July 2014 he started a second office in Knokke. Because Zwin Regio is active on both sides of the border, Sven and his team use and compare the differences in both countries. This comes directly to the benefit of customers and business partners.
