M3cm Consulting, LLC is a Pennsylvania based limited liability corporation formed by Pete Mastro, DBIA, LEED AP. The firm offers a wide variety of services as Owner’s Representation for construction project delivery. M3cm provides project management and cost estimating services to owners and design teams. Pete’s experience includes all aspects of construction including design management, project management, and cost estimating on projects up to $500 Million. He began his career in the construction industry in 1992 and has held various positions with both large and mid size construction management and general contracting firms including Project Manager, Chief Estimator, and Sr. Director of Preconstruction. Pete has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has managed numerous projects from initial feasibility stages, design management phases, and through the construction completion.
