“AMIKAL – center for educational and cultural exchange e.V.“ promotes and encourages the affirmative exploration of different cultures. AMIKAL stands for “amicable”. Thus the association approaches an exchange between cultures, imparts skills and knowledge of different traditions and opens up new prospects. AMIKAL sets up courses and event dealing with different cultures such as Indian cooking classes, country-specific movie nights or celebrations of diverse public holidays. Furthermore workshops on non-violent communication, mediation, supervision and intercultural competencies are provided as well as a variety of language courses.
