Hello. LennyLongo.com is my personal brand, blog and soapbox for all things I'm interested in, which are mainly real estate, lending, entrepreneurship, spirit and health. As for me personally, I am a fund manager, real estate broker and mortgage loan originator in Florida. My passion is real estate investing and helping other investors. My journey began 14 years ago when I decided to help my friends and family save on their real estate transactions. I soon found that the real estate investment niche was my passion. Since then, I have spent my time expanding my knowledge by investing within a wide variety of real estate projects. Investment, to me, can mean a variety of things – whether it be a single investment in a property to a real estate fund that involves many parts to accomplish a larger project. After successfully completing multi-family syndications, single family rehabs and long-term investment deals – I could see the many opportunities out there. My endeavors expanded to earning a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, which has become an invaluable part for my commercial real estate skill set. As I look for my next project, I continue to learn and grow by helping others through mentoring. I am always interested in learning more about what others are doing in real estate and exploring how I can help and contribute as the market continuously changes. It is exciting to me to see other people discovering this path that I love, and I have dedicated my blogging to sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
