Startup Thailand is Thai government supporting platform for startup under policy of National Startup Committee (NSC) management by 7 organizations of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), i.e. National Innovation Agency (NIA), National Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy Office (STI), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Science Park Promotion Agency (SPA), Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS), and Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR). The platform reflects national position and will to drive the Kingdom into “Entrepreneurial Economy” by utilizing science, technology, and innovation to support and inspire new generation of entrepreneurs to enhance business development capacity and scale up their high potential growing enterprises by networking, boosting, and accelerating tech community to open arm for internationalization of enterprise and investment. Startup Thailand also support “in Campus” ecosystem development for professors and students in order to leverage human capital and knowledge to support endless business possibilities for the startup endeavor in various strategic sectors.
