Osterling Consulting was founded in 2000 with the purpose of supporting organizations on their continuous improvement journey. Our mission is to help organizations put in place the foundations required for a self-sustaining culture of operational excellence. This is achieved through understanding the holistic nature of Lean which encompasses the Lean Philosophy, Lean Management and Lean Operations.
