Welcome to DotCom Market Solutions! I'm Susan Critelli. Since 2003, Terry Andrews and I have worked together on various projects through her website business, IBusiness Designs. We first met because I admired a team training website she created for an affiliate program. The company's training site was overwhelming. I was impressed by the way Terry distilled out what was important, organized the information, and enabled team leaders to organize and manage their teams through this site. I moved into the direction of social media by joining Facebook in 2007, and Twitter soon after, in 2008. My instincts told me that this was one day going to be huge for business, but I didn’t really know how to proceed. In 2009, I was part of the inaugural “Mentor With Mari” program, taught by Mari Smith, and which included some amazing people who have gone on to be social media movers and shakers – including Amy Porterfield, Laura Rubenstein, Gina Carr and Kathryn Rose of Social Buzz Club, Cindy Ratzlaff of BrandNew BrandYou, Melissa Galt of Prospering By Design and “The Daring Woman,” Francine Allaire, just to name a few. After some hard lessons learned from our experience with our first couple of clients, we settled into providing websites, listbuilding, blogs, SEO, email marketing, PPC, local marketing, and so on. But now that we are taking our business to the next level, we have established a new brand identity, which is DotCom Market Solutions.
