Being a 24/7 assembly business HDS carries significant stock to cater for machine down assemblies required urgently around the country. HDS Hoses is approved by DNV-GL and Lloyds Register to assemble certified hose assemblies without the need for individual 3rd party hose witness testing- not only increasing efficiency, but testament to the quality of product and service offered. ABS assemblies up to 6" diameter also available. All assemblies that leave the HDS facility have been hydrostatic tested to manufacturer, industry or customer requirements, including MDG41, AS1180.5 / ISO1402. Additionally all hydraulic hose assemblies are cleaned, flushed, dried and capped or sealed in bags. Other preservation measures are undertaken where required. Based in Midvale, HDS’ central location allows for fast service in the Perth metro area, ideally located within close proximity to the major transport routes as well as both the Domestic and International airports.
