For more than 35 years, the ABI Foundation has been dedicated to developing Iowa’s workforce and leaders through statewide educational programs. By filling the gap in career education, building leaders invested in civic engagement and creating innovative solutions for workforce development needs, the ABI Foundation is committed to strengthening Iowa’s success now and for the future. These programs include Business Horizons, Leadership Iowa University, and Leadership Iowa alongside additional initiatives that engage high school and college students, professionals as well as businesses and communities from across the state.
