Creative Design Solutions was founded in May of 2012 and provides architecture, interior design, engineering and planning services. While Creative Design Solutions is a young firm, we have almost 50 years of combined experience. Our knowledge and involvement during that time has allowed us to become well versed in various design markets. While our Team specializes in Health Care Design we have excelled in Senior Living, Commercial, and Religious/Sacred Space Design. We believe that our firm size further qualifies us to be fully dedicated and committed to our clients from the first design discussions to the final walkthrough and beyond. We believe that design is a process. It is a collaborative effort that involves input from the entire team. Designers, user groups, and builders, are all part of this process. For us the process begins by listening carefully to the owner’s needs and wishes, not our own. It progresses with scheduled reviews and discussions into project refinement. In the end a successful project is one that addresses all of the issues and is within budget. For our repeated clients this is a relationship that continues to grow and nurture. An important aspect of a healthy firm is recognition that everyone is important. We believe every staff member plays a significant role and each person matters. We felt early on that it is integral to our success to have a staff that feels appreciated and valued. We want all staff members to have a sense of ownership and personal commitment to every project we work on.
