Company Overview In order to provide a tailored and personalised staffing service, LST undertakes to provide the following: • Provide suitable skilled staff to do the consulting on a daily basis. • Labour Solution Team will familiarize the staff member with the client’s specific policies procedures in order to consult in terms of the client’s policy and procedure. • Labour Solution Team will endeavour to answer all e-mails from the client, a client of the client and/or a site manager of the client within 24 hours. Should a request or mail be sent on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holiday; Labour Solution Team will endeavour to answer the said mail on the first working day following the mentioned days. • Labour Solution Team will endeavour to have a 48 hour turn around on their disciplinary hearing outcomes in order to assure a smooth work flow at the client; should the turn around time change it will be discussed with the client and agreed by both parties. • Labour Solution Team will suffice the client with a direct contact person whom will handle your contract. • This consultant will be contactable on his/her phone for telephonic advice 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. • The Client will be sufficed with the contact details of all its Directors in order to assure an effective service.
