Black America World News Network (BAWN) is an American basic news network and cable television channel that is owned by the One World Transatlantic Global Media. It plans to be the most prominent news network targeting African American and minorities as its core audience. The network plans to reach with approximately 25% of American households (45% of households with television) to receive the channel by 2025. The channels main office is in Chicago has scheduled offices in Washington, D.C., New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago. Programming on the network to date consists of original digital news content.
