AP Solar develops and constructs utility-scale solar power projects with a focus, currently, on Texas. It delivers de-risked solar development projects to asset owners and/or Sponsor equity investors, using an innovative approach to originating and structuring power offtake solutions for projects in the ERCOT power market. In addition to managing all land identification, permitting, regulatory, interconnection, engineering and design, and implementation, AP Solar facilitates offtake executions for each project with investment-grade counterparties, de-risking the investment for the asset owner.
