West Coast Beauty, Inc is seeking a successful, energetic and driven sales person for the San Francisco area. This person must have an excellent understanding of the salon industry and have outstanding communication skills. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for self growth. Position Description: • Build, grow and develop your territory from the ground up working independently to achieve results • Maintain a strong new business drive to exceed sales targets • Have input on strategic sales plans to increase account base via calculated prospecting and growing current accounts • Manage accounts by adding value to the salon business, identify areas of growth and service their needs in relation to product and brand education • Build strategies for sell in and sell through for salons to maintain best business practices • Consistent reporting on sales performance in relation to defined sales targets • Must be able to take salon orders and communicate clearly with administrative staff. Skills and experience required: • Strong career history of establishing and growing a sales territory, ideally within the salon industry. • Engaging presenter with a strong track record of establishing and growing a customer base with a "never give up" and "win-win" attitude. Valid Drivers Licence and vehicle are required. Full time employment with salary plus bonuses are being offered for the San Francisco sales position with a good network base.
