Founded in 2006, Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited was originally a business segment under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company Lee & Man Holdings Limited (stock code:0746). Since then, Lee & Man Chemical has grown steadily over the years and had an increasing contribution to the Holding Company’s profit. In 2010, the Board of the Holding Company decided to make the chemical segment a separate company. In June 2011, the name “Lee & Man Holdings Limited” was changed to “Lee & Man Chemical Company Limited” and retained the same stock code and listing position. Currently, Lee & Man Chemical Limited has two production sites in China: Changshu, Jiangsu and Ruichang, Jiangxi, the main products include chlorochemicals, fluorochemicals and polymers. With a R&D team led by members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the company aims to achieve sustainable development through continuous improvement in production technologies and development of new chemical products contributing to our lives.
