The Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO) seeks to glorify God by using its resources to strengthen a sense of community in the City of Green, Ohio and surrounding areas. Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) established in 2018 to honor the life of Jeremy Rayl. RCO is designed to pay tribute to Jeremy’s charitable spirit and continue the love and support he had for the community he grew up in.
