De Vijfhoeck is the third company of owners Hugo Molleman and Yolanda Klomp, known from the Italian delicatessen lunchroom Il Borgo on De Markt. Their new business is an 'industrial' café that focuses on specialty beer and beer prepared food. For example, it has more than twenty beers on the tap including its own De Vijfhoeck brand. The brand is named after the brewery that was housed centuries ago in the House with the Luts, where Il Borgo is vested now.
