Direct Commerce Association (DCA) is a not-for-profit trade body established in 2004 to serve and support businesses in all areas of the multi-channel retail community. Membership is available for all sizes of B2C, B2B businesses and charities as well as suppliers to the sector. DCA members enjoy networking & training through regional and national events; representation & lobbying on key industry issues and sharing of best practice.
