The Blazing Alpha Fund was founded in the 2016, but the first investment was made January 27th of 2017. Since its inception, the fund's mission has been to generate out-performance, build the endowment, and educate students with practical application in investments. The fund seeks to blend classroom knowledge with real-world experience in the capital markets. The experience obtained will further the mission of the College, and give students an advantage when transitioning into the workforce. The skills and tools used in the fund are those that students will use at the next level.
