As the non-profit trade association serving Virginia's asphalt paving industry since 1952, our mission is to promote the increased use and quality of asphalt pavements in Virginia. We provide technical services on matters pertaining to asphalt materials, production and pavements; membership services by the hosting of networking and promotion events; and education/training services. through webinars, seminars, hands-on classed and the VECAT program with Germanna Community College and VDOT.
