Our technology, originally developed from the best European Universities, has been further implemented by us and is able to replicate the exact TEXTURE of meat. After years of research and development, we managed to create a completely plant-based product with a clean label and with a limited number of selected natural ingredients only. The entire production process, from fiber creation to cryogenic freezing, takes only 12 minutes and thus guarantee spectacular level of health, safety and hygiene. The range of Food Evolution products includes chicken-flavored pieces, bacon-flavored cubes and beef-flavored stew with herbs suitable for everyone, from the most committed vegan to the authentic carnivores, passing through all Flexitarians. The entire line is a source of high protein content (22 to 24% ), gluten-free, low in fat and carbohydrates and with the same texture and the flavor of the meat itself! The products are available in 165 g retail format, 2 kg food service and 20 kg industry. All this seasoned with the unmistakable Italian taste!
