TriPost is a long-term capital and management partner that invests alongside platforms which are involved in sectors that exhibit positive economic or demographic trends. Since its founding in 2014, TriPost has made eight entity-level investments that invest within rental housing (both affordable and conventional sectors), student housing, land development, healthcare and logistics. Operating independently, our partner companies employ over 3,000 individuals in 30 states across the United States. Our partners acquire and develop dozens of properties each year via open and closed-end funds, separate accounts, and joint ventures. TriPost was founded by Brad Carroll and Todd Silverman, who have worked together for over 15 years and have extensive experience sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing and operating institutional real estate investments as both a capital partner and developer/operator.
